Site Prep with Dan // Volume 13

It’s time for Dan’s favorite monthly blog post: Site Prep with Dan! This month, Laura has suggested bloggers create our own questions for our Guys Behind the Blog.

My sweet Instagram husband answers a few questions! | Belle Brita

What’s your favorite part of Pokémon Go?

I don’t know… I haven’t been playing it for very long. I don’t have any Pokémon powerful enough to take over a gym or anything. Oh, wait, I do get excited every time an egg hatches, because it says, “Oh?” which always excites me.

What has been the highlight of your summer so far?

Getting to celebrate Nathan’s first birthday-ish in Ohio was a lot of fun and good happy family time. I also got to see a few friends, even if I missed most of my Findlay friends because it was a holiday weekend, and they were spending it with other people. I also found out that one of my mentors has become an awesome artist who makes things from metal sheets.

What are you currently reading?

American Autobahn, a wonderful book about traffic safety and about safety design of vehicles. It talks about comparisons between the car culture and road design of the United States and Germany. (Amazon affiliate link)

If someone gave you $1000 to spend in one day, how would you spend it?

$1000 isn’t that much… But that sounds like just enough to buy yourself a driver’s seat in a race car. And since I already have all the safety equipment, I think I could make that budget work.

What should my readers know about you?

Most of your readers already know me…? I wouldn’t say most–many. For the rest of you? You should know that if you post a comment on this blog post, I will respond to it. (Provided it’s not a troll, because you’ll get blocked).

Another short and sweet post from my very own Instagram husband.

Who’s your person behind your blog? How do you support the creative aspirations of your loved ones? Share your thoughts, and any questions for Dan, in the comments below!
