I can’t believe I’ve been a DERMA E brand ambassador for three years now! Applying for that first sponsored post with DERMA E is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Over the past three years, DERMA E has sent me many of their products to try. Some don’t work with my sensitive skin; others don’t help my dry skin. A few, however, have changed my skincare routine for the better. In my opinion, these are the best DERMA E products for dry, sensitive skin.

For a product to be on this list, it has to be gentle and effective even when my skin is red and irritated. Some DERMA E products actively irritate my skin. Others work when my skin is healthy, but they aggravate existing irritation. So all of these products help heal and moisturize my irritated skin.
DERMA E Hydrating Collection
Out of every DERMA E line I’ve tried, the Hydrating Collection is absolutely my favorite for my dry, sensitive skin. The products I use on a daily basis are all from the Hydrating Collection.
Hydrating Cleanser
At night I wash my face with my DERMA E Hydrating Cleanser. Occasionally I use it in the morning, but usually I just use water to wash my face in the morning.
Hydrating Cleanser description:

My face feels amazing just after cleansing it, even before I apply a moisturizer. It doesn’t feel tight or dry, just soft and clean.
Hydrating Serum
This is my favorite morning moisturizer. It’s incredibly lightweight while still effectively moisturizing my dry skin. It’s perfect to wear under makeup. You can wear it under a regular moisturizer, but I use it alone.

Some serums can be sticky, but the Hydrating Serum honestly just feels like a thin moisturizer. It dries on my skin fairly quickly, so I don’t have to wait too long to apply sunscreen or makeup.
Hydrating Night Cream
My second-ever sponsored blog post for DERMA E included a review of their Hydrating Night Cream. It has been a staple in my evening skincare routine ever since. My face feels so happy and luxurious after applying just a small dab of it!

When I wake up in the morning after using my DERMA E Hydrating Night Cream, my face is SO soft!!! To be honest, this stuff works so well that when I’m really lazy and don’t follow my morning skincare routine, my skin still looks and feels soft all day.
Hydrating Eye Cream
I saved the best for last. If I could only use one DERMA E product for the rest of my life, it would be the Hydrating Eye Cream. This is one of the first products DERMA E ever sent me to try, and it’s the only product I’ve re-purchased myself. (I would buy all the products listed above, but I haven’t run out yet).
I’ve had eczema on my eyes on and off for at least 15 years. As a teenager, I tried several eye creams for sensitive skin–and I had an allergic reaction to all of them. Eventually my pediatrician told me to treat the eczema on my eye lids with a tiny bit of over-the-counter hydro-cortisone. This worked, but it’s not a product you really want to use on your face more than necessary!
After I started using this Hydrating Eye Cream, my eczema cleared up. And it hasn’t returned in the last three years. I don’t apply this to my eye lids every night, but I try to use it a few times per week.

It’s definitely lightweight enough to wear under makeup if you like, but I generally only apply it as part of my evening skincare routine.

These products easily work with all other DERMA E collections. So far I’ve only tried three DERMA E Essential products, and only one made this list for products that work with my dry, sensitive skin. However, I plan on ordering a few other DERMA E Essential products to try.

Nourishing Rose Cleansing Oil
This is my favorite product to remove my makeup. I don’t wear makeup daily, but when I do, I’m very conscientious about removing it before bed.
I apply my Nourishing Rose Cleansing Oil to a cotton pad and gently work it in circles over my skin. Usually I use two cotton pads worth of cleansing oil to remove my makeup. While it doesn’t remove ALL my makeup, it’s a great first step in my evening skincare routine. Then I gently rub off any remaining makeup with just water on a microfiber washcloth. My last cleansing step is to wash my face with my Hydrating Cleanser.

This cleansing oil is non-irritating, hence why it’s one of my favorites for dry, sensitive skin. While I usually don’t wear makeup when my skin is actively irritated, sometimes I need to wear it for a special occasion. This cleansing oil is so gentle on my skin. Plus it smells amazing, and my face feels so soft afterward!
I love quite a few other DERMA E products, but these are the best ones for my dry, sensitive skin. Even when my face is red and itchy, I can use everything mentioned above without causing further irritation.
